Every time I use the app I have to reconnect it to my Amazon account. But it doesn’t really matter because Amazon provides much better tracking information anyway.
When I order things that come via USPS, somehow one item gets duplicated in the app. For example, I’ll order a dress from Macys and it’ll show the dress, but then a separate order tracking for that same dress. But again, the tracking information is late and I always have to denote it as being delivered myself. It in no way gives insight on the actual tracking of the items.
It also doesn’t track all of my orders! So right now, I have an email in my gmail account with my most recent Sam’s Club order. It isn't picking it up even though it’s attached to my email. And it’s tracked items from Sam’s Club before so I’m not sure what the deal is.
Lastly, when I say that I’m “not interested” in certain products or shops, it tends to show me more of those items. It’s the strangest thing. It is constantly showing me military or weapon or motorcycle related items and I have no idea why. If it’s based off of my order history, we’ll then - it’s wildly off.
I initially like this app because it tracked all of my orders in one place, but the data is always out dated. It’s best to track your items on each vendors website as it is far more accurate.
There was a time that the app would show an order and populate the packing list and be current about the shipping. Unfortunately, that was maybe 6 months ago.
Now, this app is pretty useless. The orders don't tell you what's in them, or often times even WHO sent them. The shipping information doesn't update even though it links the tracking information, which you can click on to go to an external site to give you shipping information. Amazon constantly signs itself out no matter what, so you keep having to sign back in every couple of days.
There is no way to share an account between people (such as for use by a business). There is no way to turn off the "home page" of ads. Literally all I used this app for was the order tracking page, but there is no way to simply show that and nothing else. The ads have gotten more intrusive and obnoxious, and it has become more of a platform to try to get you to buy things than anything else.
I give this two stars because at least it does have that convenience of putting your tracking numbers all in one place (and you can mark a package as delivered in case it didn't update to hide from your list yet).
Today I received my American Dream White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut butter. I am in no way being paid for this review. My peanut butter was full of toppings and it didn’t take to long to receive. The consistency, protein and carbs are very good with little to no sugar. I eat mine with a spoon when I have a sugar craving and it does the trick n with low calories. I would highly recommend this brand over Nuts n More which I have also tried because it’s not very good and I tried two different flavors. American Dream offers a far better taste and it’s worth every penny. I will continue to buy from them .
I like the idea of being able to track all of my packages from various sites or companies in one app. Unfortunately, this app is just a waste of space. It doesn’t include all US parcel carriers. Yes, all the main ones. It takes several hours or days to ‘get tracking information’. It only tracks packages for a day or two, then there are no notifications or updates. A few days later, it needs an update. The update usually fixes the app, for a day or two. Then next week, they’ll be another update. I don’t recommend this app as it is.
The app works well most of the time for direct links to USPS, UPS, etc. and with some stores. Great job there!
Annoyingly one cannot remove packages from linked sources like Amazon easily. It just downloads all my info and keeps it in the main list with no way to archive multiple entries (no multi select).
Also would be great to be able to name my packages in the list. If I had two or three packages from the same vendor I can’t tell which packages correspond to the entry in the order updates.
I made one purchase on this app and paid for it completely. The three shirts I purchased were far smaller than the size would indicate (I had ordered a two XL and they are probably a medium or large size). Then a negative balance showed up on my account and there is no explanation for where this came from. I cannot reach anybody at the company to fix this problem. I can also not disable my account until this balance is paid.
So overall, this seems like a huge scam, and not worth the effort.
Do not buy anything from this company. They will screw you over. Grille I purchased from them was broke when it came in and 60% of the screws were stripped and 4 screws were laying in bottom of the box. Very cheap made. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all. They will not even refund all the money back. They tried to refund 40 then 30 then 20. Ended up getting 169 back just because I had all the emails back and forth and pics the day I got it. So I still lost 100.
When I first downloaded this App it worked great at tracking my orders, both through the Shop network and through the connected Amazon account. Now the App rarely ever has current data and no matter how many times I try to update the orders page it only shows the “waiting on details” text for all Amazon orders. I even had to manually change the tracking status of a few orders from waiting to delivered! Orders that I received weeks ago!! Do better Shop!
I ordered a ring from Bids.com because Shop was promoting it. I figured since it was being promoted it was a safe site to order from. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They took my money, never sent me the package, and there’s no process on the Shop app to rectify the situation. It’s disappointing because I did used to really enjoy the app to see deals from other places I’ve shopped and keep track of my packages. :(
I wish I could give zero stars. The bear arrived yesterday and it had its face cheeed off in no more than 3 minutes. I have NO idea how anyone can think this toy is for aggressive chewers??? I have a 17 pound cockapoo so I’m not even dealing with a large dog.
The bear was also significantly smaller than the advertising made it look. I can’t believe I believed this & spent $30! What a sucker I am!!
