Updating to respond to your response. I have already emailed three times to that email address and have only had an automated response to say you will get back to me. Unfortunately you have not. I am still also yet to receive the email I need to receive from you in order to confirm my cancellation. You are a total scam. This is further to my initial review. I have now had a response from the developer telling me they have not received an email from me and to contact their ‘help’ email address. Before I left my initial review. I had already emailed the address provided 3 times and also another email I had for the company twice. I received an auto response which got me to select what my issue was and said they would get back to me. No response so far. I have still also not received the email that is required to unsubscribe as part of their process. So it is basically impossible to unsubscribe. original review below I signed up to the introductory offer and cancelled immediately so as not to be charged the ongoing rate. I was charged anyway and my membership is mysteriously still active. I am still trying to cancel the subscription. Guess I’ll have to waste my time and contact my bank as the cancellation process through the app does not work.

Warning, stay clear of this app. It looked great, and for the first few days, I was happy using it. After seven days, the app stopped working and I couldn’t log in. When I finally was able to, it would only let me start from day 1 again and lost all my progress. I spent hours trying and emailing the app developers with no response, so a week later I decided to cancel my subscription. They made that process extremely difficult - not on the app as they say- this alone should be a warning of transparency. When I finally worked out how to do it, I thought that I had cancelled my subscription, and then all of a sudden today find out that I have been billed $90 for the next three months !!!!!! I am extremely upset. I got no help or even acknowledgement that I had messaged them at any stage, and then I was charged again for an app I can’t use and have no plans to use ever again. It is developers like this, who make the general public lose faith in all apps. I am very distressed and I expect a refund on both amounts.

Update: I got full refund from them so I’m happy now. However it took about 20 days to get it back into my account. Waiting for their customer service to respond via email was the longest part. Also, I feel that I have the need to change my bank card so there won’t be further charges deducted from my account as I saw other reviews saying even after cancellation of your subscription, they can still charge you which is concerning. I don’t feel safe to leave my card details in their system. I only wanted to try this app out for a month and then after the trial month they took $49.99 from my bank account without my permission! I didn’t even realize I have set up the auto-renew with them! Im definitely not happy with their service and the customer service response is so slow as well…Time-consuming to deal with them. Please contact me regarding the refund ASAP! That’s a lot of money you took from me that I didn’t wish to pay! My Email ID is 5360637

I was quite eager to use this app, but I have been let down. I paid the discounted fee, got my information, and downloaded the app. I’ve opened the app and filled in my details and started to look at my exercise program, calories, health etc but each time I clicked the app is wanting me to pay further money. I can’t use the app any further without paying more. I have submitted several complaints asking how I can access the app without having to pay more money as I have already paid my subscription for 12 months. On the surface, the app looks great, and you get the feeling it’s wanting to help you, but it’s wanting to help itself to more money.I would not recommend this app at all, there are better apps that don’t ask for more money.

So I got this app for the wall Pilates only. Decided to add somatic to the subscription only to find out it’s basic yoga poses that I already do. When it added the other feature it got rid of the wall Pilates subscription. So now I have an app with no wall Pilates and somatic poses that are of no use to me. Tried for two days to get a response but nothing. So now I have an app I paid for and can’t use. Update - They go back to me and said if you update the plan you lose the plan you paid for originally and then gave me another email address (already tried the three on their website and they hadn’t responded). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE APP IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS ARE NOT ACTUALLY MONITORED

Update, they refunded me $50… they weren’t going to do it, but I demanded it and they obliged, so have changed my rating to suit. I emailed better me, requesting a refund for my subscription. They forwarded me an automated subscription cancellation notice, of which I filled out and cancelled my subscription. Now my subscription still hasn’t been canceled, and I’ve been charged another $50. I haven’t received contact from any human beings, and I want my money back… absolutely impossible to get anywhere when there is no human contact for support. I’ve gone now and cancelled my subscription again. Please refund the $50 I was charged for this month, and actually get in touch with me. Very disappointed

I tried the app and then cancelled the trial. Today I was charged for a subscription that I cancelled. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Dishonest and dodgy. So I got this reply from the developer below. I have already gone through the inconvenience of cancelling my bank card as this developer continues to charge people even though they have cancelled the subscription and they are not processing refunds. It is clear from other reviews that they give you the run around but don't fix the issue. I am not going to provide them with more personal information. This developer is retaining payment information which is why I cancelled my bank card to ensure they don't take money again.

I did a free trail and they gave me the option to choose a starting price for the free trial and I did it for a $1 and then when I got into my account there was so many pop up that’s was showing different package deals and I clicked on one and then then moved on . I realised the app wasn’t for me and on the same day, juts after few mins I unsubscribed and edited my account. The next day I realised they deducted $143 from my accout fro the package deal that I clicked on. With jutst one click the money was gone from my account. I emailed to them the next day and it had almost been a week now and I haven’t received a replay back yet. I need may money back!!

Team, it’s utterly ridiculous how you don’t respond to requests sent by clients. I paid for a 12 weeks subscription 3 days back and yet to receive the personalised plan as promised. I can’t see the plan in the app while I can see that the subscription is already activated. When I try to reach, there’s absolutely no response from the team. I have wasted 3 days now out of the 12 weeks. Will you extend it by 3 days? Probably not but you are ready to deduct the new subscription as soon as the date is due. I’m already canceling the renewal. All I’m asking for is give me what I paid for. Is it too much to ask for? Will appreciate a human response please.

I paid $40aud which goes to usd for a 3 month subscription. I didn’t use it but then just found out they charged 79aud which then went to usd which is like $100. I would never of subscribed again as I didn’t use the app at all I would like a refund as you didn’t even send a email about renewing my subscription or any notification When looking at my subscriptions on my phone it doesn’t come up so I didn’t think it would auto subscribe Please take this advice and make sure you send a email about automated renewal as we customers can’t see that you guys do this To be honest $79 or whatever every 3 months is really expensive.
