not happy with customer service lack of management backup

When someone calls to check on an item availability and waits 15 minutes on phone to get 3 different people to answer phone, They should not be put on hold longer. When calling back, and requesting not to be put on hold and forgotten the nice young lady promised to call a manager and laid the phone down. She helped like 6 people in person while she also called team lead 4 times over loud speaker for me while i waited. This is just rude for management to Not help someone in need. I went ahead and ordered the pillows i need . I sure hope they are there when i come to get them at 3:13 pm today. Walmart took my money and I need these items. I am disabled and it is hard to get to the store to just find out that oops not in stock. That is why i called to check on availability in the first place. -Alana Pierce (519)318-1806. Walmart Plus is a Joke

Ordered my first time off of Walmart Plus, and got someone else’s order. I’ve saw the delivery driver with a dirty car, and smoking something as he delivered my order. Not sure what standards they have for their Spark/Uber drivers, but I won’t order again with them for such as lousy experience. The app showed the driver not delivering my order on time at all (was suppose to be 3pm on a Sunday, but received the wrong order by 4pm). Of course I got a refund in a couple days, but I ended up having to throw away perfectly good food that I had no intention of doing eating. Advice: save your time and drive to a grocery store yourself, or trust a brand that can deliver groceries like Amazon Prime.

Not working

There’s an order from over a week ago stuck saying that my ‘order is now ready’. Tried calling this Walmart's pickup number when I needed a refund on a missing item since, as it was stuck saying ready for pickup, it wouldn’t let me do that refund over the app. Was given another number to call since they couldn’t fix that or override the glitch to give me the refund, and the second overseas call worked to get my whole $7 back, but she didn’t know what to do about the glitch, so I was supposed to get a call back from her manager to fix it which of course didn’t happen. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t fix work, and no one working for Walmart cares enough to figure it out so 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I have been on the phone with my banks fraud department and on the Walmart chat for hours because they fraudulently charged me $107. They keep telling me different days that my money will be refunded and it’s all different time frames from different reps who are all rude and clearly don’t care at all. This was a pop up window and when I tried to close it thanked me for my membership. There was no confirmation needed. They just took my money. They are now giving me extreme runaround on my refund. Saying it will be 10 days!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO unless you have hours to spend chasing your money down. Thieves. Sam Walton would be humiliated.

Hice una comprar por un ventilador en línea, luego cuando fui a tienda a recogerlo me quisieron dar otro que no era el que yo pedí en línea. Hice la cancelación de producto por el total del monto que pague al comienzo y ya pasaron más de 12 días hábiles y hasta ahora no recibo mi dinero por la compra que cancele. He llamado repetidas veces a sus centros de atenciones y nunca me dan una solución me dicen que me comunique con el banco, pero el banco no ha recibido nada por parte de Walmart no recomiendo esta aplicación los reembolsos nunca llegan y se quedan con tu dinero, totalmente decepcionado con el servicio de esta empresa

"My Items" list is irritating.

The biggest problem with this app is the "My Items" list. The concept is that you make a list of things you buy often so you can quickly fill a shopping cart. Walmart is turning it into an advertising hub. They continually put items on your list trying to tempt you to buy more stuff. It slows everything down and I find it irritating. I just erased 64 items placed on my list by some algorithm that is completely stupid because I would NEVER purchase any of its suggestions. The algorithm does not know how I shop.

Great app and idea Walmart

Great app Walmart getting much best every experience with now app has been positive except when then took the money from the wrong place. I took care of that by just having one card on fill. But others than that order early to get what you need the later you order especially groceries the less likely there in stock. But the replenish daily. Please put the response and reviews I order by date. It hard to find your response. Other than those Walmart was brilliant going to this system and the app works great!

For a shopper with walmart, using the walmart app. I struggle to get good purpose from this app other than keeping me out of the store because nothing looks good. I shop good deals and I havent purchased 1 item thinking I got a good deal with walmart in a decade. I used the scanner to check prices and these prices are too expensive. The app did not once convince me to come in the store. I go to the clearance area of the store and half the stuff is not properly priced or still too expensive.

It takes 48 hours to receive digital gift card

2,000 dollar item way over priced retail price. Walmart are cheats with all there different sellers for Walmart. Why Walmart allow these ridiculous pricing. People report this 🤷‍♂️ I would suggest not buying gift cards online Walmart. It Takes 48 hrs to receive a single online Xbox game pass gift card. Just giving all you Walmart shoppers a heads up. I will never buy online gift cards again online Walmart . Walmart is now asking to report there seller’s 😝

I love the Walmart app and it’s ability to allow me to support my family from where I am at. If I’m out on a business trip or visiting family across the U.S. I live the fact that I can send something to show the ones I love that I’m always thinking of them.
