Gmail I was thinking of a feature that you can bring to your Gmail email privacy settings How about you bring a feature if you have a primary Gmail account you can link all your other emails to that one Gmail account and it will be linked to that account so when you login to your primary Gmail account it will tell you that you’re active on all your other Gmail account because you log into your One Gmail account with the link it to your primary Gmail account to build a future we can link all your Gmail accounts to one Gmail account and then when you sign in at one Gmail account, it will tell you that you’re active on all your other Gmail account so you don’t have to remember to sign into every single Gmail account to be active on it 100% build a future with your Gmail email privacy settings where you can go to your privacy settings and link all your Gmail account on your back up Gmail accounts you have into your primary Gmail account and then when you sign in or go to check your email it will detect that you’re active on all your Gmail account so you don’t forget to sign into all your Gmail accounts and remember to sign in won’t be deleted after two years and I think it’s dumb that Google is making a feature. If you’re not active on your dream on on your Gmail account after two years, your account will be deleted that is not fair because you’re gonna lose customers if you delete your account if they’re not active on your Gmail account and you’re gonna lose subscribers the goal of your company to keep your subscribers, so why would you want to delete your account? If you’re not active the goal of Google is to keep them active and they keep their account so they can be able to use your account whenever they want. It will detect they were active on all your Gmail account 100%. There is no way set “reply all” as the default on my iPhone for my business account. It is set to reply all by default on my desktop but not my phone. This is incredibly annoying and time consuming to correct every time I answer an email. It is three steps to hit send now instead of 1 and very easy to accidentally hit plain reply. I don’t even understand why single reply is the default in the first place. The copied people are copied for a reason, they should be included in the conversation not just a single email in almost all cases. Please fix! There are many help forums complaining about this. Also the signature is confusing and I never know whether it has been included or if it’s correct. And you should be able to switch between individual inboxes from the menu on the left where it says “all inboxes” All inboxes is on by default but counterproductive when I am at work. I want to see work emails only. It is counterintuitive to have to switch accounts on the right when you weren’t even in a different account in the first place. There should be a list of individual inboxes on the left menu below the words “all inboxes” so you can quickly switch between each. At this point the only reason I’m still on this app is because apple can’t search properly and doesn’t have my tags and folders. Please update ASAP

The app does what it supposed to do. It shows your mail however, the fact that if your mail includes a link when clicked on open that link within the Mail app, making it impossible for me to go back and look at my email and continue what I was doing through the link is literally making me contemplate even having a Google email. If I’m going to open a link to Safari open it in Safari please is there a way for me to change the settings on this or am I just doomed to forever be inconvenienced and forever have to re-fill out forms because I hit the back button which took me to the email and completely erased everything that I had done through the link I understand that there is a button at the bottom that will send it to Safari but quite frankly, that’s an added step that is inconvenient and not necessary. It is not necessary that the stupid email opens the links within the app. Please fix this and then you might get five stars but that one Flaw is annoying enough that I almost never even want to check my mail

I recently uninstalled the Gmail app because of the Google prompt verification system. I frequently travel with my windows computer and do not bring my iPad. Google has decided that I am not allowed to log into my Gmail account with my password, my username, my recovery email and my recovery phone. The only way that I can log into my Gmail account on my windows device is by keeping my iPad with me so that I can use Google prompt. Now that I’ve uninstalled the Gmail app from all of my Apple devices I am still unable to log into my windows devices because Google still believes that I have devices with the gmail app. Even though I pay extra for google support they refuse to help and have told me that I am required to reinstall the gmail app on the iPad if I ever want to log into gmail from my windows computer again. The only thing worse that being locked out for not carrying the device that google demands I carry at all times is the horrible, rude, and worthless customer service provided by Google One

Everything is fine except it seems to have some sync issues. I recently went through my gmail on my computer and deleted what was no longer needed. Later that day I was checking it on my phone and noticed some of the emails I deleted were still showing in my inbox on my phone. I went back on my computer to check and they were indeed in the trash. I even emptied the trash and they still show in my inbox on my phone. I shouldn’t have to delete messages twice. Never been an issue before, so definitely something to look into. Note - I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue continues to persist.

If your phone breaks or is unable to function (hence needing a new phone) you just can’t log back into your email despite the fact you know the password. It should be that simple or at least give you the option to make it easy or difficult to get into your account. Nobody wants to log into my spam email that I need to be able to use for my menial day to day spam activities so let me log in? I don’t who logs in if they know the password just let me log into my account
