Unlimited Place Alerts doesn’t actually mean that…

A big eye catcher to pay for the gold or platinum memberships is that you get unlimited places alerts however this is not the case… you can save an unlimited amount of places to your circle however you can only have 100 places at a time that you get Alerts for. For someone with a trucker on the road all the time this is frustrating because it’s the whole reason we signed up for the service… he can’t always call to let me know he made it safely to his destination but it nice knowing when he has arrived as it helps with peace of mind. With that said it would be nice to actually have the benefit of unlimited place alerts since that is what is advertised/paid for. Aside from that I absolutely love the service for our family, the rest of us were involved in a traffic accident about a month ago and life 360s crash detection team is who not only called the cops for use but also immediately called my husband to notify him that we were in an accident and that he should rest assured they had already sent help our way.

I’ve enjoyed this app for a while until a week or two ago when out of nowhere it logged me out and I was never able to gain access to my account since. I have tried to make contact with someone who would be able to help me and after numerous attempts, my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I received an email that seemed to be automated with a google form with directions on how to get my access back. Didn’t work. Tried logging into my account numerous times and it wanted me to create a new account. I sent many emails, only to keep getting automated responses, not a physical person, or so it seemed. I had to be invited back by a family member only to no longer have access to my original account as I was the only admin. I will be looking elsewhere. This app has been around long enough that they should be able to provide customers with proper customer service! Also very odd that I was the only one in my family that lost access to my account. If you have issues with this app, good luck at getting them resolved!

This app works tracking your kids and partner location won’t protect them enough because you don’t know who they chat to call or even roll out with. I’m still in school and I use this with my friends to make sure their safe and it’s just funny in general but there are times where even when their phone is dead it says it’s still alive or every time I try and send one of the buttons for example the “Charge your phone 🔌” one it crashes the app so I have to get back on it. The locations are also not very accurate they would be in their living room in the middle of their house but it would say their right outside? Very confusing but also whenever their driving the speed could be very inaccurate and for no reason it says they’ve stopped randomly. Overall I guess you could get it cause it might as well be one of the best ones in this AppStore but if you find any other better then this one use that because this seems to not work as well as it did the first week I got it.

Been using this app for a long time now .I never had any problems with the app until I had moved and had to change the location on the app. Now the location appears I’m somewhere else where I used to live . I’ve tried changing the location multiple times logging in and out, deleting the app ,and downloading again but it still show my location I’m somewhere else . I already send a messing through the support feature of the app but nothing has changed. If it hadn’t been for that problem I would love to keep using this app since before I never had a problem could always see where my family at but now since the location is no longer accurate sadly I would have to find another app where I don’t have to deal with this problem if this keeps going on.

Used to love this app. Now I’m getting ANNOYED

Firstly, I pay $100.00 for the yearly subscription. We’ve had this app for 7 years and I loved it and it’s accuracy. Within the last 4 months it’s glitching like crazy. It gives notifications that a fam member is states away while sitting next to me in the same house! Two people in the same car travel on different roads somehow or haven’t even left their original location and then bam they catch up to everyone else. It has nothing to do with wifi or cell towers. We have the same phones and phone service and never use wifi! We are always up to date on our phones and the app. We’ve deleted and restored the app to no avail because the problem is consistent.

Does not work all the time

Really love the ideas of this app and when it works and updates location of family it’s great. Unfortunately it works only about 80% of the time. The first few times Itealized it did not work, I was trying to locate my teen who just stared driving. He would leave home and the app would show he was still at home after he had arrived at a friends house 20 minutes later. I would closed the app, reload the app, reload the location and even torn my phone off and on nothing would make the app find his new location iPhone “ find my phone “ app is more reliable wish this app worked all the time

My parents put this app on my phone in middle school for “safety” and proceeded to become some of the most grueling helicopter parents around I hear you say “oh I won’t stalk” “I’ll let them be free” they said that too but I saw them twist and change and this app was a large part of that. In less then two months I will be completely cutting contact with my parents and I blame this app for a large part of why I am no longer able to have them in life with me.

This is the best app we’ve ever used for keeping in touch with where our family members are at any given time. Furthermore, there are MANY COOL FEATURES, and the accuracy is precise too. What REALLY caught my attention about the app’s popularity is how many of our friends and people we know use Life360. That fact alone confirms that this app is the best choice for us, them….. and you.

Great but one thing..

This app is great. i love it and i use it all the time. it’s very useful to know where your friends and family are. but one small issue that keeps happening is when i go to switch between different circles, the places change, but the people don’t change. the people in the circle i just switched to won’t appear. it keeps happening and i hope this gets fixed soon
